Job description and responsibilities:

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing fund and contribute to its success while gaining valuable knowledge. As Blaumar intern your main responsibilities will include:

• Working on deals and taking responsibility for sourcing, conducting the initial deal assessments, preparing documentation to support investment decisions and oversee the process of due diligence
• Developing industry knowledge expertise through deep dives while providing the investment team with detailed insights
• Providing support on the daily tasks required to operate the firm
• Supporting the team in the development of value creation frameworks for portfolio companies
• Supporting the management team in the portfolio companies in their daily operations

Skills / Requirements:

To join our close-knit team, your profile and experience will need to include:

• An academic background in Finance, Economics, Engineering, and/or business
• At least three 3 years of professional experience
• Strong analytical skills and business sense
• Self-management capacity and proactive attitude
• An entrepreneurial mind that is eager to learn and always thrives for excellence
• Advanced level of Excel and Power Point
